Welcome to Sadie Martin PBS, where understanding behaviour comes first.

I provide specialist, compassionate support to help you make sense of your child’s needs and take confident, practical next steps.

Specialist Behaviour Support for Neurodivergent Children and Families

I am a Positive Behaviour Support practitioner and qualified teacher with over 20 years’ experience supporting autistic children and young people with learning disabilities and complex behavioural needs.

I provide independent advice and consultation for parents navigating behaviours of concern, school anxiety, emotional distress and neurodivergence.

My work is grounded in Positive Behaviour Support and focuses on understanding behaviour within the wider context of a child’s environment, communication and unmet needs.

Alongside my professional experience, I am also a parent navigating neurodivergence myself. I understand both the systemic challenges families face and the emotional reality of living through them.
